1. Order your ring
If you’re unsure about your size, select the “Sizing Kit” option at checkout. We’ll send you a kit to help you confirm your perfect ring size.
2. Sizing Kit Delivery
Expect your sizing kit to arrive in 7–14 days (depending on location). It will help you determine the size that fits you best.
3. Test Your Size
Choose the finger you plan to wear the ring on. For best accuracy and performance, we recommend the index, middle, or ring finger.
4. Confirm Your Size
Go to “My Orders” to submit your size. If you don't have a Casatelier account yet, please sign up using the same email address you used at checkout.

Choose Your Finger
The Smart Ring fits any finger and can be worn on either hand. For the most accurate readings, we recommend the index finger. The middle finger is also a great option for added comfort.

Confirm Ring Orientation
When wearing the ring, place the sensor side against the pad of your index or middle finger. This ensures proper orientation, accurate readings, and optimal sensor contact.

Wear for 24 Hours
Finger size fluctuates with temperature and activity. Wear the sizer for at least 24 hours to find your best fit.
A good fit feels comfortable, stays secure, and doesn’t rotate.
