Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (including all packaging and tags).
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale. The item must be returned within 30 days from receipt.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at service@juniper-global.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address based on your location.
- Currently, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. Please check the return shipping cost with your courier or postal service. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.
- Once you receive the return address, please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.
Shipping and Refund Terms
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.
- For non-quality-related returns, we will only refund the cost of the product itself.
- For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
We offer a refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@juniper-global.com.
